Scrum of Scrums Approach for Large-Scale Agile

Abstract

While Scrum excels at managing complex projects, its core structure struggles with very large teams. This paper introduces 'Scrum of Scrums,' a solution that breaks down large Scrum teams into smaller, more manageable units. These teams are then linked together in a hierarchical structure to ensure overall project coordination. Scrum of Scrums aims to achieve four key benefits: improved communication across teams, a seamlessly integrated final product, reduced dependencies between components, and the elimination of duplicate efforts.
