Revision 1:
In this version, corrections were made to address typographical errors in the equations, particularly ensuring the correct representation of apparent mass (Mᵃᵖᵖ) and its role in the modified form of Newton’s second law. The formatting of variables and subscripts has been standardized for consistency. Additionally, the section on the equivalence principle was clarified to specify that, in the context of classical mechanics, the matter mass (Mᴍ) accounts for contributions from both normal matter and dark matter. This ensures that the effective gravitational mass (Mɢ) reflects the total mass of the system, in accordance with the equivalence principle. These revisions enhance the explanation of how effective mass (Mᵉᶠᶠ) and apparent mass influence the system’s dynamics, improving both accuracy and clarity in the presentation of the theoretical framework.

Keyphrases: Apparent mass, Equivalence Principle, Extended Classical Mechanics, Gravitating Mass, Gravitational Dynamics, Gravitational Mass, Matter Mass, Negative Mass, Newton’s Law of Universal Gravitation, dark energy, dark matter, effective mass
