Based on the theoretical design, the preliminary geometry of the combustion chamber is modeled using 3D modeling tools. An unstructured mesh is generated for the diesel-air mixture domain to facilitate the simulation process. The conservation equations for energy, combustion reactions, and momentum are solved using the commercial software ANSYS FLUENT. The simulation results provide parameters such as temperature, velocity, and the burned fuel mass fraction. These results are then used to calculate combustion efficiency under different fuel ratios, thereby optimizing the chamber geometry and supporting the selection of appropriate fuel injectors.
