The second International Conference on Applied Education, Technology and Innovation (THEi-TUASAETI 2020) will take place in Turku, Finland on 7th to 9th April 2020. The conference welcomes academics and practitioners, industry partners, education entrepreneurs and innovators interested in the important theme of how to guarantee a sustainable future with steps taken in education.
The International Conference on Applied Education, Technology and Innovation builds on the experiences initiated year 2019 in Hong Kong. The conference series evolves a global community of practice to share case studies, engage in critical discussion and spearhead thought leadership to address the paradigm shift in new generation educational practice. Increasingly, institutions across the applied degree sector are addressing technology and innovation as the triggers to transform higher education to ensure more fit for purpose sustainable outcomes in preparing students for the world of work and life-long learning.
As we engage in this transformation, we focus on finding innovative approaches in sustainable education and learning. How can we act proactively towards the future and develop competences for good life and sustainability. How do we solve sustainability crisis with education? How do we redesign education concerning curriculum, teacher roles and leadership?
